About the Challenge
The GETFIT Challenge has grown from strength to strength since its inception in 2008 and its participants have achieved some fantastic results, including improved fitness levels, body toning, muscle strength and weight-loss.
The Challenges run for a 12, 8 or 6 week period, during which time participants attend a 1-hour group training session once, twice or three times a week. The challenges include 3 full body assessments, before and after photographs, meal plans and nutrition advice, as well as professional training expertise, support and motivation. There is also a chance for you to win prize money in various transformation categories in our annual competition.
The GETFIT sessions include a combination of cardio and weight training exercises aimed at increasing fitness levels and improving muscle strength and tone. The sessions are run by highly qualified personal trainers who monitor correct form and encourage participants to ensure optimum results are achieved. The GETFIT training sessions are a great way to have fun, make friends and stay motivated
Full body assessments
You will receive full body assessments at the start, half way point and at the end of the challenge.
We offer 1,2 or 3 sessions per week during the challenge
Before and after photographs are taken for comparison on challenge completion
We provide you with a full meal plan for the duration of the challenge
